The frequency of cleaning will depend on seasons and your vehicle's primary location.  Each DBS screen is guarenteed to withstand at least one bug season. When in hostile enviroments, where bugs and/or trash are so intense - remember to check and service your screen often. We recommend cleaning your screen thoughout the season and replacing your screen every year in hostile environments and every 1-3 years in normal environments.

PLEASE DO NOT USE PRESSURE WASHERS OR AIR BLOWERS to clean your DBS screen.

Check your screen for measurable amounts of debris, if any is present, brush off lightly using a soft tip brush. Rinse off downward with a water hose or vacuum with soft brush attachment. Extract the unit if needed to clean. If the unit is not easily cleaned, ordering a replacement screen is recommended.
