Shipping & Delivery

We ship USPS Priority mail 5 days a week. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order ships. International orders please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Privacy & Security

We do not share your information with any third-party services, your personal information is used for ordering and shipment purposes unless otherwise granted permission (I.E. testimonials)

Returns & Replacements

If you are unsatisfied with your order or have received a damaged order, please contact us right away. We do accept returns and replacement request on a case-to-case basis. Each bug screen has a LIMITED one year warranty.

Ordering

1. Click on the "PRODUCTS" tab above. "PRODUCTS" will show you all of our products. To view a specific category, please select your category (I.E. Ford) from the drop down menu.
2. Choose which vehicle make you would like a bug screen for and select your model year.
3. Input your preferred qty and click "ADD TO CART".
4. If you're ready, you can select "CHECKOUT" to pay for your order. If you'd like to continue shopping, select "CONTINUE SHOPPING" in the bottom lefthand corner of your cart.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payments are accepted through Paypal. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You do not need to establish a Paypal account prior to ordering. Simply select the option for paying without an account during your checkout process and you will be able to enter your credit card information.

Our prices are as listed on each product. We have maintained the same pricing since we started in 2008 and strive to maintain some of the LOWEST prices in the bug screen market.

We will offer promotions from time to time. To keep updated on promotions, please LIKE us on facebook or check back often!

Viewing Orders

To view your current order or order history, simply log in to your account. Your account will hold all your information and order statuses. If you have placed an order and do not have an account, please contact us regarding any information about your order.

Limited Warranty Information

Every DBS screen is made to last one year (technically, one bug season). It is recommened that you regularly clean your screen throughout the bug screen to maintain top preformance. DO NOT USE PRESSURE WASHERS OR AIR BLOWERS. The frequency and services will depend on seasons and where you live. Each screen is protected under warranty to be in working condition upon successful installation and throughout one bug season. DBS is not to be held responsible and will not honor any warranties on screens damaged due to improper installation and/or cleaning services.
